Seriously, when I started my own blog a few years ago, I was shocked to discover the cost of getting a custom design. Hosting? What’s that? Over the years, I’ve come to realize that there was a serious need in the blogging community for an affordable solution to having your blog custom designed.

So after teaching myself all the ins and outs of how to create, host and build my own site, I decided to launch Avacakes Blog Designs. My prices are designed to make it easier on the wallet, but without sacrificing quality or that custom look we all want in our website.

I do primarily Word Press, but other options are available.

In my spare time, I chase my three year old daughter, after whom this business in named. I live in the Pacific Northwest, where it rains every single day an awful lot.  I am a budding photographer, trying to learn the proper way to take pictures.  I love to cook and bake.  I am, as I’ve come to discover about myself, a creator.  I am at my best when I am creating things, and I am especially happy when I can create for others.
